COACH GUIDE

How to Follow Up After a Scan

A step-by-step walkthrough for turning a completed scan into a real conversation.

1

Review their results before reaching out

Open their scan and note: their metabolic health score, visceral fat risk, and any symptoms they flagged. Also read their goals, life impact, and health vision.

Why it matters

Personalizing your outreach to their specific results shows you actually care — and dramatically increases response rates.

2

Download or reference the PDF report

From your dashboard, open the lead's report and tap Download PDF. You can send this as an attachment to open the conversation — it's a tangible way to make your outreach feel valuable.

💡 Pro Tip

Don't dump all the data on them at once. Pick 1–2 numbers that connect to their stated pain points and lead with those.

3

Send your first message within 24 hours

Their results are fresh and they're curious. Reach out quickly. Keep it warm, personal, and conversational — not salesy.

Suggested Message

Hey [Name], thanks for filling out the scan. I'm attaching your results via PDF. What did you think of the results?

4

Ask about their results — don't assume

Once they respond, ask open-ended questions. Let them lead. Your job is to connect their results to their pain and goals.

Q

"What stood out to you most from your results?"

Q

"Which of those symptoms feels most frustrating day-to-day?"

Q

"If you could change one thing about your health right now, what would it be?"

5

Transition to the next step

Once you've connected on their pain points and goals, move them toward either a phone call or program overview.

📞 Phone Call

Best for leads who seem ready or have questions. Book a 15-minute call.

📄 Overview

Best for leads who want info first. Send the program overview link.

Remember the 12–16 Touchpoint Rule

Most people need 12–16 interactions before they commit. One follow-up message isn't enough — stay present, stay patient, stay consistent.
