They said no for now, but that doesn't mean never. Here's how to stay in their orbit without being annoying.
Keep the Door Open
Just because they said no today doesn't mean never. Circumstances change, and your relationship is already built. Stay on their radar without being pushy.
Share Value Without Selling
Occasionally send helpful articles, tips, or insights related to metabolic health or their goals. No pitch — just genuine value. They'll remember you when they're ready.
Let Time Work for You
Life changes. Maybe it's not the right time now, but in 3, 6, or 12 months something might shift. Stay present but don't over-invest in someone who's not ready.
Space Out Your Touchpoints
Instead of weekly messages, try once a month or even quarterly check-ins. Light, friendly, valuable. "Thought of you when I saw this..."
Understand Their "No"
Was it timing? Budget? Skepticism? If you can identify the real objection, you know what might need to change for them to say yes later.
"Hey! Came across this article on metabolism that reminded me of you. Thought you might find it helpful."
"No pressure at all — just checking in to see how you've been. Let me know if you ever want to chat."
"Just wanted to see how things are going. If anything's changed or you want to revisit your scan results, I'm here."
The Long Game
Most coaches think a "no" is the end. It's actually the beginning of the real relationship. The people who change their minds later are the ones who felt genuinely cared for, not sold to.
